Capabilities

Finding a reputable, quality facility to service your treasured Corvette is a difficult but important choice. To retain the value of your investment, it is important to have your Corvette serviced by someone familiar with uniqueness of America’s only true sports car. Many satisfied, repeat customers and a full schedule attest to the popularity of Wild Bill’s as the place to have your Corvette serviced. I am a professional dedicated to servicing your vehicle to whatever level of detail you desire. Attention to detail and quality workmanship are my promises to you - my reputation depends on it! That means doing it right to your satisfaction and mine. To that end, the following services:

Service & Scheduling

24 hour telephone answering machine

	Breakdowns promptly attended to
	Emergency calls returned as soon as possible
	All other calls returned between 4 pm and 8 pm
	Saturdays reserved for diagnosis & minor repairs (by appointment only)

	Consultations by appointment
	Initial 15 minutes of consulting is free with additional time at rates listed below
	All work scheduled on first come, first served basis
	Scheduled jobs are confirmed 1 week in advance
	Emergency repairs scheduled as soon as possible

Parts

	While noted for my repair and restoration services, Wild Bill's is the place to go for your automotive parts
	I keep a large inventory of commonly needed parts
	You pay no more than if you bought them yourselves - my extensive contacts in the industry allow me to offer parts at competitive prices
	PLEASE check with me first, if I cannot match or beat your best price, I will tell you to buy them from that source yourself
	This parts business subsidizes my repair business and helps keep repair rates reasonable
	Regrettably, for parts not purchased from Wild Bill's that you plan to install yourself, the diagnostic, consulting and research fees listed below apply

Arrangements

	Wild Bill's will service your vehicle to whatever level of originality that you desire
	Wild Bill's will provide an estimate of the parts and labor before the job is started if requested
	If, during the repair, problems are encountered that were not within the scope of the original work request, where practical I will contact you to discuss if you want the additional work completed
	Estimates given during consultation are just that... my best estimate without disassembling the vehicle
	All jobs are billed for actual parts uses and labor expended

Rates, Fees, Expenses

	Diagnosis, Consulting, Appraisal, and Research - $120 per hour, first 15 minutes are free
	Phone and e-mail Consulting - $10 per call/e-mail plus $2 per minute
	Service, Repair, Restoration, Inspection - $120 per hour
	Travel time - $120 per hour plus $1 per mile
